This Privacy Policy governs the basic principles and procedures for the collection, processing and storage of personal data of the EV Projects e-shop (hereinafter - Electrocars) and the Electrocars customer (hereinafter - you, you).

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by this Privacy Policy, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.

We undertake to sell the goods to individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you can only buy with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Solve problems related to the delivery or delivery of goods.

Seller has the right to transfer information to third parties only for the purposes of point II.2.
